Terms & Conditions of Sale, Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Privacy Policies

By accessing or purchasing from www.allyoutdoors.com (the β€œSite”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and policies. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Terms & Conditions of SaleπŸ”—

Eligibility to PurchaseπŸ”—

By placing an order with Ally Outdoors, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where required by law for certain products)
  • You are legally eligible to purchase firearms, ammunition, and related products under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if legal eligibility cannot be verified or if the transaction violates applicable regulations.

Firearms & Regulated ProductsπŸ”—

Firearms and certain regulated items must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with federal law. The customer is responsible for:

  • Selecting a valid FFL
  • Ensuring the FFL is willing to accept the transfer
  • Completing all required background checks and paperwork

Failure to complete the transfer or pass a background check does not entitle the customer to a refund, except as required by law.

2. Order Acceptance & PricingπŸ”—

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors
  • Cancel orders due to inventory issues, regulatory restrictions, or suspected fraud
  • Limit quantities on certain items

Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice.

3. Shipping PolicyπŸ”—

Shipping Methods & TimingπŸ”—

Orders are processed during normal business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Compliance requirements for regulated products
  • High-volume sales periods

Firearms & Ammunition ShippingπŸ”—

  • Firearms ship only to a valid FFL
  • Ammunition may be restricted by state or local law
  • Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local regulations

Ally Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, FFL processing times, or regulatory verification.

4. Cancellations PolicyπŸ”—

Order CancellationsπŸ”—

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Firearms and regulated items that have begun processing or FFL transfer cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@allyoutdoors.com. Cancellation approval is not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds PolicyπŸ”—

We stand behind the products we sell and aim to be fair, clear, and compliant with all regulations.

Firearms & AmmunitionπŸ”—

All sales are final. Due to the regulated nature of firearms and ammunition:

  • No returns
  • No exchanges
  • No refunds once the item leaves our facility

Please contact our team before purchase with any questions we are happy to assist.

OpticsπŸ”—

Optics may be exchanged only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Is brand new, unused, and uninstalled
  • Is in original packaging with all accessories
  • Shows no signs of wear or damage

Refunds are not offered on optics unless required by law.

AccessoriesπŸ”—

Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ApparelπŸ”—

Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • In original condition

General Return ConditionsπŸ”—

  • A valid receipt or order confirmation is required
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details

We will evaluate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
